Seal Dwyer | Queer Cardio, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for all Bodies
Seal Dwyer (she/they) is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy in private practice in St. Cloud. Their practice, Seal Dwyer Counseling LLC, focuses on serving the LBGTIAQ2S+ community. Seal has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. They are also a board-approved supervisor, for Marriage and Family Therapy and the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. They have worked with many diverse populations, including incarcerated individuals, juveniles with sexually offending behaviors, and people with complex trauma. Her passion is working with the LBGTIAQ2S+ population and trauma. She is certified in EMDR therapy. They are a registered yoga teacher, teaching body positive, accessible yoga classes. She is on the board of OutFront Minnesota and a commissioner of the St. Cloud HRA.
Toni Rakke | Ease into Yoga, Sound Bathe, Pound
Toni Rakke RN, NC-BC, RYT-200 (she/her) is a registered nurse, a board-certified nurse coach, and a yoga instructor. She serves on the TIGERRS Intersex Committee, mentors at QueerSpace Collective, and operates Every BODY Wellness in Saint Cloud. Toni is an advocate for strong communities, which require a safe space to grow in. Originally from Chicago, she's lived in Minnesota for three decades and sees Saint Cloud as a hub for the state. "It feels like the center, a place for building community, which is what people really need. I believe everyone should have access to services and resources without barriers." Toni identifies as Intersex.
Zella Namachi | Dance Movement, Belly Dance, Wild Meditation
With a passion for movement, art, and nature, Zella is a lifelong witch and has over twenty years experience in dance. Their dance journey began in 1987 in Southern California and into Chicago where in 2000 they were introduced to belly dance. Zella upholds a witchy practice influenced through life experiences woven into hereditary traditions. Of which, they explore into their studies that include energy work, breath work, meditation, and how they approach dance. They have hosted sacred pagan spaces, celebratory menstrual gatherings, and dance circles. They and their wife are proud members of the LGBTQ community.
